Description
The program consists of exercises for the upper, lower body and a mix of upper and lower body. The exercises are done one after the other without a break until all the exercises are done where there is a short break. It is necessary to do 4 sets.
Exercises are done with your body weight and with less equipment such as bands and dumbbells.
What do you need to sign up for workout programs?

-Through the application you will get access to exercises (which include a description of the exercise as well as a demonstration of how the exercise is done) and the package you have chosen through the site.
